Gift Vouchers are valid for six months and may be ordered anytime via the secure and convenient Order Form (see below) or by telephone during office hours. To allow maximum flexibility for the recipient, vouchers are defined to a specific monetary value, so that the recipient may select their own favourite Shizuka Ryokan accommodation, cuisine and spa services.
Orders are generally processed within 48 hours of the receipt of a fully completed online Order Form. Vouchers are posted by Express Post to the gift giver's address, together with a receipt and colourful printed material detailing the features and services of the retreat.
A small $5 postage and handling fee is payable in addition to the voucher value to provide a faster, more reliable and accountable delivery service by Express Post. However, please understand that Shizuka Ryokan cannot be held responsible for any delays or failures in delivery by the postal system.
