Office Hours:  Office hours are generally between 10:00am and 5:00pm daily, during which time telephone enquiries and bookings are best directed. Message services may operate outside these hours. Online accommodation reservations and online Gift Voucher orders are available from this website at all hours.

Inspections:  Intending guests seeking to inspect the ryokan and its facilities are welcome to visit during the above office hours. However, it is advisable to telephone prior to visiting, as the availability of guestrooms for inspection may be limited during busy periods. Additionally, some days of closure for refurbishment and maintenance reasons occasionally occur which may also restrict inspections.
