With advance notice at the time of initial booking, we will happily discuss and accommodate most special dietary requirements.
Whether served in the privacy of your own guestroom or in the dining area, your authentic dinner comprises four individual courses featuring a variety of some of Japanese cuisine’s most well known and popular dishes.
Firstly, start off with a refreshing buckwheat noodle soba salad topped with a light dressing. Next, try a selection of traditional and modern sushi, accompanied by pickled ginger and spicy wasabi horseradish.
Next, enjoy your fresh prawn and vegetable tempura together with a piquant dipping sauce enhanced by the last minute addition of fresh grated ginger and daikon radish.
The main hotpot course features sukiyaki beef fillet and fresh vegetables, each item traditionally dipped into a bowl of whisked raw egg before eating. This course is accompanied by premium japonica rice and a rich white miso soup, complete with wakame seaweed, shallots and tofu.
Your dessert platter complements the other courses and includes red azuki bean paste, a refreshing green tea mousse and is garnished with fine maccha green tea powder.
This four-course dinner service is included with most accommodation packages and is generally available at 7pm on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. It is served in either your guestroom or the dining room. Prior bookings are essential.
